taskspace - wf start 1 document(s) selected do not apply to the workflow template

When i start a Workflow  from Taskspace with an action button (selected object) i get the below Error Message

1 document(s) selected do not apply to the workflow template

the selected object it dm_test1 type, the pakage configured in the template is dm_test1

using the process debugger with the same document there is no error

This is the log

i founf the problem but not the solution (could be a bug?).

i think that the object attached from the action is the containg folder and not the selected object of the grid.

the action is configured to use the selected object why taskspace action use the containing folder object of the selected object in the grid?

please help me, is there a fix form this problem?
