Capturing Folder drag-and-drop in FileSite

I'm using FileSite 8.0 SP1 and have multiple databases. In one particular database I want to prevent users from dragging a document folder and dropping it elsewhere in that database, basically locking the folder in it's workspace as it was created. Is there a way to capture the folder's drag event so I can check which database we are in and prevent the drop event from occurring.

Unfortunately, this isn't supported by the SDK due to an Outlook limitation.
