Unable to open the Drawing Files in Brava.

Hi All,

I am using the Brava for Webop 6.5 SP1 . When I try to open the MS documents it is working fine. But for the engineering drawing *.dwg it is throwing the following error.

ERROR Log

Communication with Brava server error

Failed to publish the document.

No message Found

--------------------------------------------------

Please assist me  to fix this.

Could be that your version of the AutoCAD file is not supported by your version of Brava, check in the Brava doc what version of AutoCAD is supported

If that's the case, you might need to upgrade Brava, if not, I guess you should contact IG's support group
