Platform support info required for documentum / SMARTS

Hi,

I'm looking for information on your official position regarding support for software on the following platforms.

This query relates to the following applications:

#	Current Application Name	Version	MSSB ID (internal reference)
1	Documentum	5.3	1004
2	Smarts Global Console	7.1	1005
3	Smarts	7.1.0.0	1907

The last 2 may be duplicates but i cannot be sure.

We wish to find out if the above specific applications (version number imperative) are officially supported by you on the following platforms:

Documentum 5.3 is a very old release.  Primary support expired for Documentum 5.3 in December 2009.  We're currently at release 6.6.

Documentum 6.6 is supported on Windows Server 2003 SP2 and Windows Server 2008 R2.  Support for IE8 and Office 2010 will depend on which client(s) you want to use.

If you purchased extended support for Documentum 5.3 please contact EMC Support to request information on platform certification.
