I hit the 1107 error after empty the IndexServer/var/log and restarted the server . Does anyone know how to speed up the resuming time?

How long are you waiting and how big is the file?
A whole day, finally the support found out that the index is corrupted.
The folder/file size is 209GB.

Yeah, a whole day is not the performance you should expect from indexing perspective
The point is how should I know the system is indexing?
The only way to prove the system is normal by the message 'engine up',
then we wait, wait and wait. Finally, we found that the system was hang
already on next day.

- Assuming the file is normal size (<10MB), if you import a document and you cant find it using full-text search in a couple of mins, then something is wrong. Indexing doesnt take that long for a normal file size. If you look under Index Management node under DA, you should be able to monitor whether a document is "awaiting" to be indexed or "failed during indexing".
