Content transfer to flex application from dfs

Hi,

I am writing a custom service (6.5 SP2) to be used by a flex web application (Flash Builder 4) .

The requirement is that the user should be able to click on the link in the application and the document from documentum repository dshould open in MS Word.

Kindly help me on the same.

Hi,

Call ObjectService.getObjectContentUrls operation and you should get a URL, which can be opened by the browser. The browser should know from the mime type that it should be opened with MS Word.
