Add Embedded form inside Tasklist Template in Forms Builder

I am trying to add embedded form inside a tasklist form template and mapping it to document id.

And provide a form template of that document type.

when i try to preview that form exception occurs as:

"Inner form could not be displayed due to: com.documentum.xforms.engine.XFormsProcessorException: org.chiba.xml.xforms.exception.XFormsException: javax.xml.transform.TransformerException: java.lang.RuntimeException: Invalid conversion from 'java.util.Locale' to 'class java.lang.String'. "

I am using Documentum Forms Builder6.5sp2.

Please suggest solution for this exception
