The default value is 10. What's the meaning of this value? Is it related to performamnce? Any guideline or best practice on setting this value?

For example,

A customer is targeted to have 200 users, where concurrent users will be about 50. Do we need to specify a suitable connection count value to support this configuration?

This is what I always feel very less information without any justification in provided documents. Probably IW needs to write good amount of words to understand.
