Hi,

I was trying to install Teamsite search SP2 and it gives me "current version not detected" error. it really frustrated me since search SP1 was installed on the teamsite server and it is working fine. I had to work with Intwerwoven support team to resolve this. Finally we found out that while we cleaning we had deleted iw-home\iwinstall directory.
The iwinstall folder is critical to the operation of teamsite. Since the contents of this directory were removed any SP that you put in will not get the necessary information on what version if Teamsite and search you are at.
