Hi,

I have a few clients who are logging into Webtop 6.5 and clicking save credentials.

This doesn't seem to save their credentials they have to keep re-entering their usernames and passwords everytime they need to log on?

I cleared the users credentials under Tools, Preferrences, credentials and had them log on again and save credentials but once it timed out they still had to re-enter them

Hi,

It depends on the browser which they use...Please see the webtop guides to see which browser supports...

It bests supports IE 6.0,7.0...

Most of the clients have IE 6.0 and higher.

And what about their security settings, can they save cookies ? Is the Webtop site in the list of secured sites ?...

Thanks for that,

But yes they are able to save cookies and the setting is enabled which allows them to save cookies to the temp file even after the browser is closed.

As for Webtop it is on an intranet site.
