DCTM Index Server (MS FAST) does not support HP-UX (B.11.31 Itanium2) OS?

Hi, I have one issue for dctm6.6 fulltext product, when we install Documtnum content server and Index Server(MS FAST) to HP-Unix (B.11.31 Itanium 2),
Content server installation was successful, but the index server and index agent in 10% of installation progress stops when the installation interface,

without any response, the installation can not complete normally, What's the reason?

is index Server (MS FAST) does not support HP-UX (B.11.31 Itanium2) OS?

Installation environment:
OS:HP-UX B.11.31 U ia64 unlimited-user license
dctm version: 6.6
Database:Oracle 10g Release2 (10.2.0.4)

Look at Content_Server_Enterprise_Edition_6.6_Release_Notes.pdf Page 36. Fulltext server is not supported on HP-UX B.11.31, only on B.11.23.
