Ports required between Web Component and WSMP Server

Hi,

I read a document about this which states that the following are required,

UDP 2637 - For Fault Monitoring Agent Services
TCP 4000 - For "Messages"
TCP 4001 - For "File Transfer"

However, only 2637 was opened when monitoring the WSMP Server with some networking tool.

So is 4000 and 4001 really requried? As I need to get back to the networking team on which ports to open in the firewall.

In the configuration manager you can set the ports for file- and message-transfer to a fixed port (for example 4000 & 4001) on the cluster-level (for both clear-text as well as SSL). If these are not set, dynamic port allocation will be used and port numbers will be communicated through the FMA on port 2637.

This is in the Administrator Reference Manual!
