accessing images from JSP

Hi all
I have a problem. The contents which are deployed to application server render correctly in JSP
Once the contents have an associated image the pages wouldn't render.
The image is deployed correctly to web server

Environment : Teamsite 6.5
Web Server :iplanet
App server: Weblogic Portal 4.0

Please Reply as soon as possible. It is a show stopper.
