dmi_queue_item events

Is there a table or document somewhere that lists all the stock events that can happen to a workflow and what they each mean?

We're having an isolated issue with our workflow process where some documents were supposed to go to one queue, and our reporting shows they did ( based off of the dmi_workitem table) but the dmi_queue_item table has extra records that seem to jump around our Worklfow Activities...

What do you mean by "...all the stock events..."

Queue item is the "assignment" of an activity to a performer. So an acitivity performer is a group of 3 users, three queue items will generated (one for each user). If the activity is automatic activity and there is an error, queue item may be assigned to workflow supervisor or docbase owner.

So those are the queue item entries for a workflow of ours. There are about 5 automatic tasks, and 1 manual task. what i'm wondering about are the dm_XXXworkitem values..

How did you get this list - can you provide DQL that you used?

it was just:

select * from dmi_queue_item where router_id = '4dxxx'

Then i put it into excel, and just showed the fields that i figured were pertinent to the issue.

Look in the Content Server Admin Guide. There is Appendix F - System Events. Under there is a section for workflow related events. I think the ones that end with "workitem" is what you are looking for.
