How user can identify vital records

Hi every one

By Applying the retention markup "vital" ,the record has been considered as vital record.

I have the requirement from client that user has to identify the record as vital record and restore the records distinct from normal records.

By running retention markup report ,Retention manager can able to view the records with vital designation...

But how the users can identify vital records and restore it ..

Any one knows please guide me

Your use case sounds like "vital" is just a retention mark up (like legal hold). You can apply markups on records and search for records with specific markups.

Whether is it possible to search for records with specific markups-vital through webtop,

since the requirement is "user has to identify the records".

I believe any "record" searching is normally done through RPSA/RMA. You could probably customize Webtop to search for the markup if you know exactly how it is applied to the record.
