TeamSite 6.5 SP1 launchpad problems?

NathansDIS

Is anyone getting errors in TeamSite 6.5 SP1 from launchpad? We are running Windows 2000 servers with OD 6.0, our CCPro clients are ie6 with msjvm and sun jvm 1.4.2. The errors are modal dialogs that say:

Error downloading file C:\iwtemp\... from TeamSite server

Error receiving file transfer result from 'http://teamsiteserver/iw-cc/launchpad/download'

File C:\iwtemp\... not found.

Thanks in advance for any comments, references, flames, etc.,

You can try deleting the IWTEMP directory, logout, new browser may solve the issue.

Fairly, I didn't get any other error.

Just try above, may solve your issue.

Thanks Nicholas

Hello,

I have just had one of my users get the same issue and have just noticed that she doesn't even have an iwtemp folder to delete.

She doesn't have access to write to her C drive - that might be causing the problem?

===== Have just fixed the issues by following these steps -

There is a different way to do this for TS 6.1 see below from 'Help'.

Select View > My Local Files
Click Settings.
Select the General tab.
Enter the path to the location where you want the Local Files Manager to download files.
