Problem when we run dm_shutdown_docbaseName

Hello,

I'm trying to run mu dm_shutdown_**** (**** is docbase name ), but it still running.

And folowing the dockbroker log :

Documentum Docbroker: dispatcher failed (104) on line 980 -- non-fatal
Documentum Docbroker: nl_close failed (533) on line 1066 -- fatal

Any idea for help ?
