import wdk custamization with auto workflow

Hi All,

Whats my thing was i have to write wdk custamization on import,and when ever i press import button to import doc automatically related workflow has to attach to workflow and it has to be imported to docbase with document.

thats my task,

Can u pls guys guide me how to do.

Once the import is successful, You can use instance of IDfWorkflowBuilder to invoke runWorkflow();

Hi,

You can write a TBO and on doSave() you can attach the workflow.

Hi All,

Thank u for reply.

Viswa and Rajalakshmi u both said do by using TBO,but what my requirement

is do only with WDK custamizations no TBO's.

Can u pls tell me how to do.

You don't require a TBO to start a workflow.

Please do the following in your Java behaviour calss.

1.)Create workflow builder object for the required workflow.

2.) Call iniWorkflow(),

3.) Call runWorkflow()

4.) Call addPackage() APIs on that workflow builder object.
