Publishing a website using SCS

I have a folder I have set to be published as a website to my SCS target.

I imported a text file into that folder.

I go to DA and right click on the SCS Configuration template, then click Publish.

It says the publish succeeded, but my text file doesn't make it to the SCS target directory.

What am I missing?

Did this with DQL:

I figured the first part out. I added the file format to the list of formats for publishing. Now I get this error message:
