Open API Submit query

Hi,

I am working on TS 5.5.2.
I am creating a DCR and setting its EA using Open API.
Now i want to submit direct the created file to STAGING.

I just went through the API available and could find out a API command IWFile.submit() for this functionality but i am sure if that is what is required for my requirement.

Can someone tell me how to go about doing it

Hey I found out the way for submitting the DCR to staging but its giving me some Collection exception.

Please find below the piece of functionality for submit,

I actually want submit-direct functionality. Is there anything wrong i am doing especially while passing the arguments to submit method.

It gives me following exception:
