E-Mail Management

We have Worksite 8.0 and Mailsite 8.0 installed for 130+ users, we have been using this in-house now for 9 months
We purchased the communication server when we first implemented but are not utilising it as yet. I have read various white papers relating to the communication server and e-mail management and just wanted to see if I could get some more 'first hand' information from anyone using it.

Especially I am interested in how firms file e-mails in worksite when they arrive into users e-mail addresses - are the users then forwarding these to an e-mail address that puts it into the relevant document folder or are e-mails entering the firm with these e-mail address already set?

Any other information would be greatly received.

Hai Adam,

What we see at legal firms that if people are using the communication services the normally send an email to a client from a special email folder. The Email folder email adres will be but in the CC field of the Email, when a client replies the email message it will be imported into the Email folder.

You can also put an Email adres of a folder into the WorkSite Contact folder so when you send an Email to a customer you can put the Email folders email adres in the CC field and the Email is stored into the Email folder. This is the most common feature of the communication service
