Error in attaching Default Aspect to dm_document

Hi All

Iam trying to attach a default aspect to dm_document through composer. The Composer is giving an a error

Type Artifact cannot be saved:

Reason: Artifact is read only.

Is default  Aspect allowed on dm_document through Composer.Iam also attaching a screen shot for the same
