java.lang.IllegalStateException: ucf session wait timeout

Hi all,

Just now i deployed RPSA war files in tomcat.I could able to run RPSA and create policies. when i tried to import or create document inside folder it shows exception

java.lang.IllegalStateException: ucf session wait timeout.

Could any one knows solution for it please guide me

If you could get java console log, that would help to diagnose the real issue.

Easier way to grab java console logs is to "show console" through java control panel.

did you click YES to the dialog box asking you to trust this site [your server here] displayed after login ???? Assumed its displayed for rpsa, it is for da and webtop

if not do so?

also try closing your browser and deleting the UCF client side folder... should be in

Windows XP

C:\Documents and Settings\<my user id>\Documentum

I clicked yes in the dialog box as well as i renamed the UCF folder.

again when i try to create new document it showing UCF session wait timeout.

and when i try to import a document it showing invokemethod() failed while calling onOk and UCF session wait timeout.

Please check the following two options are enabled in your IE, if not enable it and reopen your brower window

In IE, Tools->Options->Security tab and enable the following two options:

Allow paste operations via script

Scripting of Java applets

At First i cleared the ucf Client folder present in c:/users/Documentum
Then I enabled the show console radio box present in the Control panel/java/advanced Tab
Thats i did.

Forget to include this

(Open IE-Tools-Internet option-Advanced) and disable

check for server certificate revocation and
check for publishers certification revocation
