Okay here is a fun one...
Installing Teamsite 6.5 (base) on a Windows 2003 Server (has SP1).
IIS 6.0 is installed - JDK 1.4.2_04 is installed along with some kind of backup software.
Got through the install fine and licensed the machine for 2 NICs (1 for network connection and 1 for the backup network).
Upon reboot, I get the "please wait for 10 minutes while the Y:\ drive comes up" message but it never comes up (and as a result, the reboot script doesn't get a chance to run).
Windows does it's thing and I check windows explorer to see what's up. The Y:\ drive is there but it has a name of "local disk". This was not there before the install. I click on it (logged in as Administrator - same user I used for the install) and I get the following error message "Y:\ is not accessible - The parameter incorrect".
So doing the next logical thing, I open up the services to see what's running. All the services are up and running. I stop the Teamsite service, the Y:\ drive goes away in the windows explorer and when I restart it, it comes back up. Still can't navigate it. I try manually running the post reboot script and get same messages as mentioned above.
So onto the logs I go.. confident, I will find the cause...
Everything is fine except for the iwtrace.log... here's the output...(I modified the entries for the Domain and PDC for security reasons)
2 things strike as odd:
1) Warning: TeamSite Web Preview is not a valid group name
2) The domain list just stopping and that's it.

The only other oddity I found in the logs was in servletd_out.log (the internal error)

Note: I can login into Teamsite without any problems (default/main is there) and can create new workareas. I can even add files but can't preview them since the proxy has not been configured (part of the post reboot scripts job I'm guessing)
Can anyone help with this? I uninstalled and tried it again with no luck.
Thanks
D
