Readonly Table. Icons for 'checkout' and 'format file'

Hello!

Please, can anybody tell me how to show the the object type icon and the lock icon in the readonly table (like in a folder view)?

You need to include check out by , format , type nad lock date into coulumns list and make those as visiable false.
