when did support end for version 5.2.5?

Hello,

Does anyone know when documentum dropped supporting WDK/Webtop 5.2.5?
Will all the SP's (SP1,2,3,4,5) ended at the same time?
Also did content server support for 5.2.5 also ended at the same time as wdk?

How can i get the extended support from the EMC for the same?

1. My guess would be sometime between 2002-2005. I know its at least 5+ yrs of not being officially supported.

2. Yes, whenever a SP is released, the EOL for the product version is typically extended.

3. Yes, the EOL is for entire product stack version.

Contact them and you might be able to purchase their Extended Support. Keep in mind if you havent been paying them for normal maintenance support, they will make you pay to catch up through today.
