How to show Acquired tasks also in the inbox?

Hi,

We have the below requirement:

If a task is assigned to multiple users, we need to show the task to all the users till one user completes the task.

The OOTB functionality in Webtop shows the task until it is  in "Dormant" state.

We need to modify this functionality.

We can modify the query from the IInboxService.But am not sure which condition to add.

Any inputs in this regard will be helpful.

- Instead of trying to spend time/effort to customize webtop inbox, why dont you just train your users not to acquire the task unless they are planning to complete it?  There is also the out of the box ability to reassign the task if a user has already acquired it and not complete.
