Integration to SAP

Hi Team,

I am new to Documentum.

I want to know if EMC is providing any APIs where we can levarage the features of documentum (like storing the writing/ versioning/reading documents) ?

We have applications running on SAP J2EE App server and would like to make use of Documentum as our ContentManagement .

Thre are some products to make out-ob-the box SAP - DCTM integrations:

Archive Services for SAP: this product allows you to store documents from SAP in Documentum using ArchiveLink protocol (defined by SAP). So you can store and retrieve documents using SAP interface.
Content Services for SAP: this product allows you to make bidirectional integrations SAP-Documentum, one example could be to create documents in Documentum and link it to objects in SAP.

There are more products (as integration with SAP Portal).

There are also Solutions (developed by EMC Professional Services) to extend the products to more focused business solutions, contact with your EMC - PS local team to take more information about it, there are also come videos in Youtube about this PS Solutions.
