Not able to create form instance in webtop 6.5 SP2

Hi,

When I am creating form instance in webtop 6.5 SP2, then I am getting the following error.

ERROR An error has occurred.

An exception occurred processing JSP page /webcomponent/xforms/xforms.jsp at line 33

Did you customize webtop? Is your content server and forms builder the same version?

The version are same 6.5 SP2

Have you tried reinstalling the Forms Builder DAR file? Maybe something got corrupt.

Also, verify that the JRE on app server and browser match what is listed in the Webtop release notes. I have seen problems with newer JREs.

Hi Johnny,

I was using IE 8. It was not supported by Webtop 6.5 SP2. Now I downgrade to IE 6. and it is working fine.
