Using TS 6.1 on Win 2000 SP4 Box .

Does TS records the page creation time when we preview a DCT ?

When you preview a DCR - the file that is generated is "temporary" (beginning with zz_ I believe).

When you preview or generate a file from a DCR - the file itself has a timestamp on it which is, in a sense, a record of the page creation time.

If you're looking for something to be inserted into the contents of the page (visible or otherwise) or an EA to be placed on the DCR - you can do that yourself from code in your PT.

If you don't know how to do this in a PT - you should read more of the documentation, get training, hire someone with more experience in such matters or some combination of the three.
