Do any of you guys know if there is there a Documentum plug-in for Dreamweaver we could use to check-in / check-out / edit / export /import file from Dreamweaver directly?

Thorugh Documentum FTP services it can be done. Please refer FTP services guide for more information.
This is now part of the My Documentum for Desktop. This product exposes the repository as shared drive. So from Dreamweaver, you would see folders as you would normally see them on C:\.
