Hi,

   We are using Documentum Complaince Manager 6.5 SP2. First we checked out one word document and tried to checkin the same document with pdf file. we got the below error.

Checkin Failed :

Operation failed : com.documentum.ucf.common.transport.TransportException: The client failed to reconnect to the server within 250  seconds.

The above issue occured in Prod Environment but same checkin functionlity is in Dev working fine.

Any help will b greatly appreciated

UCF issues are typically caused by using wrong JRE on the browser.  Verify that you are using supported JRE per DCM release notes.  Using newer versions of JRE can also cause problems.
