Problem with metadata capture

Hi,

When the user tries to tag a DCR, he gets the following error
"There was a problem with metadata capture configuration. Please contact your system administrator."
I checked up the logs but there is no entry relating to this error.
I also checked the well formedness of datacapture.cfg and it is well formed.
Can someone please help me debug this issue.

What logs did you check? Did you check the servletd_out.log?

What version of TeamSite and platform?

What about your metadata-rules.cfg? Is it well-formed, and is there a mapping for the content you are attempting to tag to a ruleset that you have defined in datacapture.cfg?
