How to update two objects properties using single Forms Template?

Hi All,

Currently i have mapped one object type to forms template.In storage mapping , we have selected "save as xml content and repository attributes".

The attributes in other objects types are shown by read only tables using adaptors.

Now we have a requirement to show values of other object type in this same forms template and it should be editable. As a Forms Builder limitation we are not able to edit or modify the attributes from other object type, since we can able to map only one object type to a forms template.

Is there any option to update more than one object type with single forms template? What about using xml application? any suggestion ..

We got around this by using TBOs.  Keep in mind, all of this is custom logic, which means you have to explicitly create code to map values to other object types, which is NOT ideal.
