Not able to find TPL

Nitesh

Hi,

I have done following entry to templating.cfg...

*************************************

**********************************************

general.tpl file is kept under the presentation directory but still it's not able to find it...

Giving error: No presentation template exists for this category/type: general/en ..

Please contact me at nitesh.ambuj@cummins.com

Thanks & Regards,
Nitesh

I expect it's getting confused by the fact that you have declared the tpl twice with the same name. I've run into this annoyance before with categories, where I have needed the same category name on two different branches with different types inside.

Since the output directory, the file extension and everything else is the same, why not only declare it once, i.e

I tried three different ways to wrap it to hopefully have my xml show up correctly and all failed miserably. Here's one more try, this time using entities to encode the alligators.

<template name="general.tpl" extension="html">
<locations>
<branch vpath-regex="DP/DBU/EAST_ASIA" preview-dir="/">
<directory dir-regex="html/general/en/content" />
</branch>
</locations>
</template>

Entry for one branch is working fine but when I'm trying to make this entry for both branches... It's not working?

I'm not sure I follow you - you only need a single entry. The alternation in the regex accomplishes making it visible to both branches.
