DocOpenDlg, CommandList & right-click popup menus

I am using the DocOpenDlg object to allow end users to search for documents, and I'm setting the CommandList as follows:

Dim sCommands() As String
sCommands(0) = "@1@&Attach To Flow"

MyDialog.CommandList = sCommands

The dialog box correctly shows the text "Attach To Flow" on the action button, but it also is a right-click option on the documents themselves. And when you select the "Attach To Flow" item from the right-click popup menu, nothing happens.

Is there a way that I can either:
1. Eliminate the command from the right-click popup menu, or
2. Associate the function with the right-click popup menu option so that it performs the DocOpenDlg action button click.

Unfortunately, there isn't a way to grey out or remove the same menu item
from the popup menu. You may, however, write a class for this
functionality, and pass its progid to the following reg key so that the
functionality is called whether it's executed from the drop-down or popup
menu.
