need to put publish button for cabinet(not site cabinet)

I am using web publisher 6.5 sp3 , there is a requirement to publish single item from cabinet , I tried putting publish action in menubar component file but it is disabled all the time

Verify that you user account belongs to the appropriate Web Publisher role.

Can you dump the object you are trying to publish?

I am using installation owner account to test but no luck

Have you verified that the install owner belongs to the appropriate wcm role? I dont think this is set automatically when you install Web Publisher.
