Hi i have one requirement i will now explain it clearly
There are three roles in my project 1.Accountable-who can create a document
2.Contributor-who can edit the doc and add some data
3.Admin-who can do all things
Here after creation of document it will be in DRAFT state,at the time of creation mail notification will be sent to
Contributor and cc will be goto Accountable
mail subject-->docbase name: : New draft document creation
subject:
The document “Title of the document” on wich you are declared as contributor has been created in Dor Database : ‘link to database’.
and in the case where accountable or contributor changing state mail will be sent
thats the situation
can u pls guide me how to do it.
