Metadata Capture Template CGI Callout Problem

Konidala

Clicking on the button does not launch and load up the CGI Callout page properly all the time. Sometime it gives 404 error. The problem is intermittent. Any help would be appriciated. Thanks

Need a little more information to help you. What service pack of TS 6.5, windows, or unix?

Does this happen for one user or all users? Does it happen for a user with a particular role. From Content Center Standard, Professional, etc.

What is in your web server log when it works vs. when it doesn't?

Are you accessing from IE, Mozilla, etc. Is the client platform windows xp, mac, etc.
