Documentum Advanced Export 6.0 SP1 error in export images

I have problem in Documentum Advaced Export 6.0 SP1 When I export Images .TIFF or .PDF in Documentum 6.5 SP3 The Images export succefully but when I open the Images in webtop it gives eroor can open the images .TIFF images and .PDF images

Please advice .........

Have you tried exporting the document to local computer first and then seeing if you can open the file?

I test the Captiva IA server to Export Images to another Documentum Server it is working fine I can open images .TIFF and .PDF images on new Documentum server , so the problem in Documentum Server not in Captiva server .

I try to import images .PDF images and .TIFF images through webtop I can open images from webtop , but I can not open Exported images from Captiva IA

Have you tried restarting the problematic content server? I presume that the CS version is the same as the other.
