need a custom action in taskspace

Need ideas on how to accomplish the following requirement

1. We have a system wher user fills in a metadata (CUSTOM DOC Type) by clicking on the initiate process action (configured).
   
2. The upon completion of the  form  the our workflow creates the document (content less at this point) in the corresponding folder path however we set the format to PDF.
   
3. Creates the Hi-Fedility form with  some metadata info ( this is a form instance object) This form OBJECT ID is  stored as an attribute in  our custom doc type This is hidden in the folder  so the user cannot select tthe form and print it.
   

Said that , We would like to be able to present the user with a custom action to view / print the Hi-Fedility Form upon select the CUSTOM OBJ  created in Step 1.

So whats your question?  In the Taskspace Configuration guide it tells you how to create an action and expose it through Taskspace UI.
