I need to automate the get next task button in taskspace. I created a work queue with matchting filters. I want the tasks to be distributed in alphabetical order of documents attached to a process. For example, tasks having documents starting with A-I should go to user 1, those starting with J-R should go to user 2 and so on. For that i created matching filters and also created users with specific skills. Now, when i start the process, which is linked with the above work queue, I want the task to be automatically be extracted into the required users inbox. I do not want the user to press the get next task button to extract the task from the queue. For this I tried changing the preferences to automatically get the next task, but it does not seem to work. Is there any other way I can do this?
Also, for the above case I want to create a custom inbox for the users. For this, I created a tasklist type of form in forms builder. Then in taskspace I added the component for the above form. Now, when i try to create a custom tab of tasklist type for this component, I am not getting the option to include the particular component. I just get an option of default user inbox.
