Performance in Webtop

Whenever i tried to open the file in Webtop, the performance is very very slow and i can view document only after a long time  . Also it takes time to open the Folder containing 4-5 files( word Files) . I checked with the size of the file and its too low ( <1 MB) . What i want to do to make it faster ?

There are lots of reasons that you could have slow performance.  First of all, do you have ACS enabled?  If you have it enabled, but dont have it configured correctly, there is some overhead that the ACS interjects that may impact performance.
