Implement TBOs with Documentum 6.0

I have experience implenting TBOs using Documentum 6.5, with Composer. But I have to build and install a little TBO in a Documentum 6.0 system and I want to know what is exactly the procedure to install and uninstall. I think that in the 6.0 version it doesn´t exist the Composer, so it would be necessary to use the Application Builder, that´s right?. Where can I find a guide or manual that explain what is exacly the procedure to install and uninstall a TBO in Documentum 6.0?. If I have to use the Application Builder, I think that Documentum 6 uses the Aplication Builder 5.3, that´s right??. If I confused in something, please correct me,

Even though its written for 5.3, I'm pretty sure its applicable to 6.0.  6.5 is when EMC switched to BOF 2.0 and used Composer to package everything.
