Do you know the actual "Query o Run" entered in the DQL configuration tab of the DQL Read activity is stored against which attribute/object?

If there are Accepted Answers, those will be shown by default. You can switch to 'All Replies' by selecting the tab below.
Look in the Process Builder Developer's Guide under Custom Activity Templates. It should describe how information in the activity tabs are stored.
