TeamSite Linux redirector module?

Anybody successfully get the ts_rewrite module to work in Linux? I am getting the following error when I try to include the module in my httpd.conf file.

[root@teamsited01 apache_1.3.34]# /usr/local/apache/bin/apachectl start
Syntax error on line 205 of /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf:
Cannot load /export/apps/intrwvn/iw-home/lib/mod_iw_ts_rewrite.so into server: libicudata.so.26: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
/usr/local/apache/bin/apachectl start: httpd could not be started

[root@teamsited01 apache_1.3.34]# ls -la /export/apps/intrwvn/iw-home/lib/mod_iw_ts_rewrite.so
-rwxrwxr-x 1 root daemon 1071699 Sep 2 2004 /export/apps/intrwvn/iw-home/lib/mod_iw_ts_rewrite.so
