Please assist me in this -
We have installed Mydocumentum for outlook SP2 in our system.
A. While syncronization of the emails throws collision as 1. JVM initialization failed and 2. Error on object addition.
B. We created the folder in DA and manually imported an email (.msg) to the folder as dm_message_archive type. It was successfully imported, but the problem is it is not allowing us to see the properties or edit it after importing. We are not able to open that imported mail from the DA / Taskspace, errors shown is => 1. The object no longer exists and 2. Cannot find values for the attribute from, to and etc........
