AD Sync Select User Dialog

For generic Select User Dialog, we can select normal users and workgroups created by WSMP and search the AD user in the search function. But we cannot directly select the AD users in Directory tab page. It shows no members found. Why?

Can you please provide a little more details? Which client interface are you using? Web or Desktop? Can you please also try to Edit your toplevel AD OU in Library Manager (Don't change anything, the UI should display all the fields readonly as it is synched from ADS) and tell us its Class field value?
