Is it possible to hide a process in Process Tab, I've tried changing properties (hidden=true), but doesn't work.
I use Taskpace 6.6.
Thanks
If there are Accepted Answers, those will be shown by default. You can switch to 'All Replies' by selecting the tab below.
Hi!
You can use acl for this: Process Properties > Advances tab > Set Access Control > Process ACL.
Yuo just need to create some acl which will deny acces for some role_hide_proces and will grant access for others. Bind a user to this role_hide_proces as you want to hide from him/her the process.

If this is a process that you dont want anyone to have access to, just uninstall process template.
No, I described steps you can do from Process Builder.
But also you can redefine acl from Taskspace > Adminstration > Process Management > Process Templates > select process > Properties.
If you use the second way you will need to change acl every time you change and re-install process template. When you change acl from Process Builder you will need to do this once.
I have two processes, the main process and a subprocess. The users can start the main process, but not the subprocess. This is the reason to hide the subprocess.
If a give relate permission to the users that have to execute the subprocess this is unhide. How I can do to hide this process from the process list template?
I think you have two ways.
1. Create a few 'Start a new process' Actions and place them on some tab (or tabs). It can be a special tab like "Welcome" page with some short instructions and a group of action buttons. The relate permissions must be granted for all parent and child processes. So you needn't the Processes tab at all.
2. A few steps here:
So, any usual user can start processes from Processes tab.
