UCF Error: Its urgent: Please assist

I am facing an issue while uploading a document in documentum environment. I am getting the below error:

Invalid checksum for file "ucf-client-api.jar"

com.documentum.ucf.common.install.InstallException : Invalid checksum for file "ucf-client-api.jar".
at com.documentum.ucf.client.install.installer.impl.InstallerService.copyFile(InstallerService.java:786 )

at com.documentum.ucf.client.install.installer.impl.InstallerService.copyFile(InstallerService.java:527 )

Please help to assist me and tell me what can be the reason and how to resolve the issue ?

Try the following:

Right-clicked on the Sun JVM icon in the task bar.
Select the JVM Control Panel.
On the first panel, went to the Temporary Internet Files section.
Click on button to Delete…
Delete all old Java applets, applications and folders.

Did you recently update your JRE running on your browser (or left the Java auto update feature enabled)?

Delete all old Java applets, applications and folders.

Follow above said....and try this...

Go to C:\Users\file#\Documentum or C:\Documents and Settings\file#\Documentum.

Delete the folders ucf and ucf-java.

If you can’t delete both, restart your computer and then return to the folder and try removing it

You actually don't need to reboot, just kill the javaws.exe process in the task manager, otherwise, the UCF jar fiels are indeed locked by the JRE

Before deleting those folders, be sure you do not have any checked out files.
You'll loose all your work if you just delete those folders.

Before deleting consider at least make a backup of your checked out files.
